101st Blogpost and Giveaway!

Hey yall! Welcome to my 101st blog post and giveaway! I never dreamed that when I started this blog in February this year that I would be writing this post so soon. At least to me it seems like time has flown by. Without getting too mushy, I want to say thank you to all of you that have been here travelling along on my little sewing and farm adventures. Yall have come to mean sooooo much to me in such a short period of time.! I am truly grateful how yall have accepted me into this community! And have ALWAYS been there to help and guide me along. Things just aren't so quite and lonely on the farm anymore. I know all I have to do is sign in and someone will be there! And the inspiration and knowledge that yall have shared has been wonderful. I have learned so very much and really look forward to spending more time with yall!   Also this is my first time participating in the Sew Mama Sew giveaway! I wanted to have a couple of different items available. So we have a charm pack of "Lovely" by Debbie Beaves for RJR Fabrics, A 10" stacker of "Emma" ( gotta love pink and green) and 4 packages of Aurifil Thread. I am going to keep this short and simple because I know yall have ALOT of giveaways to enter, so to enter this giveaway just leave me a comment stating which item you would like to have. You have 6 to choose from. I will ship internationally.
This is open until Dec 13th at 5 pm. I will announce the winners via a blog post and email you. Please make sure to include an email address if you are a no reply blogger. So thats it , easy peasey!
Also , I wanted to show yall my December Lucy Boston Block for Alex at http://lixiemakesit.blogspot.com/. She is planning her Patchwork of the Crosses in all red and white! It is going to be adorable!
I just loved making this block. It will soon be on its way to Japan! Our "I Love Lucy Bee" is turning out to be so much fun. We are a mixed group from the United States, United Kingdom,Japan, Iran, Portugal and Switzerland!
And I also wanted to give yall an update on Mr. K. He is doing some better. He is still very weak. I wish the weather would improve so he could get outside at least to the porch. And I want to thank all of you for your kind words and prayers. I am sorry I haven't emailed each of you individually. I just haven't had much time. K and AJ are a very special couple, not just to us but to everyone whos lives they have touched. Please continue to keep them in your hearts and prayers.
Good luck on the giveaways yall!! And Thank yall for being there!
xo jan
Oh, I also would love to give a very warm welcome to two of my newest friends and followers:
Pickles Quilting  and   Quilting Fiesta. Welcome to the farm ladies, feel free to grab a tractor from the sidebar and plow along with us!
Good luck yall! xo jan

  160. I just discovered your post thru the sew mama sew giveaway. I'm looking forward to following you...mostly for your adventures a farmer! It's a way I can vicariously live thru a farmer since I live in a village just outside the city of Buffalo. Gardening is my delight and love during or short summer's here so I guess it's my little way to farm!
